Insurance and Billing
Premier Outpatient Surgery Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Because your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Everyone at this location is extremely nice from check in until the procedure is done. The location is super clean and you don’t wait forever for your procedure. Shot out to Jackie, Taylor, Jenny, Mike and Evelyn and they’ve entire staff. This location should have a training class for hospital because their hospitality Is amazing!!!!! And of course Dr. Freeman! Best pain management Dr on this earth!!!!

I was given a tour of this facility by the staff team leader and was pretty impressed. All of their outpatient surgery centers are nice but this one was pristine. Well equipped, well staffed and everyone was super professional. I made sure to take some pictures while I was there. You can check them out for yourself!

The new facility is so shiny and beautiful 😍 My team is phenomenal! Christina from the office helped me with my paperwork 😃, Lindsay & Audra my nursing team took great care of me 🥳..love you girls!! And of course Dr. Rho ! The best Dr. ever!! This crew rocks!
